Job Descriptions

Good knowledge of various cutting tools, especially for CNC Machines, various operations like turning, milling, grooving, drilling, threading and reaming.

Good Knowledge of the Tool Management system.

Conduct Product Trials/introduction / resolve complaints.

Work with the Development team to prove out the new Tools.

Sound knowledge in improving productivity by adopting better tooling.

Sound knowledge in the Grade selection of cutting tools for various materials.

Offering Tooling Solutions and cost benefits to customers by working out an optimum Cost/Component

Good knowledge in troubleshooting & problem-solving of various metal cutting problems.

Has to work with PED & NPD Team

Education - BE(Mech)/Dip( Mech) with sales engineers
