Proposal Automation System Administrator
The system administrator plays a key role in maintaining the value and usability of the proposal automation system. Key responsibilities include:
User administration and application security
Add users to the application
Create/ maintain user roles
Create / maintain library folder security based on user role
Be well-versed in all system functionality, business area utilization, accountable for managing and coordinating systems testing for new releases, recording application defects/enhancements for vendor prioritization
Encourage business use of additional application functionality to maximize the benefit to the organization
Review application and user administration compliance against identified risk and Corporate Information Security policies and controls
Oversee the IT relationship, both internally and with the vendor application technical support including conducting regular meetings, maintaining an issue log, and project plans for migrations for the vendor relationship, initiate cases on behalf of users, escalate critical items for prioritization and participate in meetings on case management and issues resolution
Create and maintain document architecture as needed
Create document templates as needed
Implement continuous improvement practices for proposals and presentations
Key skills include:
Thorough knowledge of Proposal Automation, experience with Responsive or a similar application will be an advantage
Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Word styles and templates
Written and verbal communication proficiency.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Project management skills
Fluency in Salesforce
