Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality claim reviews and analyze trends, reserve adequacy, and risk drivers.
  • Communicate insights and support data-driven decision-making for claims leadership.
  • Support structured workflows for aggregate account reviews to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Collaborate on actionable improvement plans to enhance claim handling practices and operational outcomes.
  • Provide guidance on quality tools, dashboards, and reporting to strengthen governance and compliance.
