JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Good knowledge of the Appian product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian.
- Should have hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as SAIL, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment.
- Should have worked on agile based projects.
- Participate in workshops/discussions with business and concerned IT stakeholders for Appian product awareness.
- Modify existing programs to new standards and conduct unit testing of developed programs. Create migration packages for system testing, user testing, and implementation.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters or bachelor's in engineering in IT/ Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Systems.
- 2 to 3 years of experience with Appian 20.x, 19.x and above
- Hands-on experience on Appian BPM platform primarily on Appian custom plugins, SAIL, CDT, Process, and Interface design
- Experience with Task, Reports and Records
- Database experience SQL Server. Ability to write, understand, manage, and enhance Stored procedures.
- Ability to debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models
- Knowledge of Sites, complex SAIL Forms
- Knowledge of at least one major programming language.
- Problem Solver and ability to estimate and size Appian business requirements.
- Quick learner
Good To Have:
- Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or any other agile framework.
- MariaDB, Microservices, Docker based development/deployments, Exposure to CI/CD, Unix Internals and Hadoop.
- Ability to lead a team of distributed engineers
