Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- 5+years of software development experience, with 3+ years focused on Appian BPM. Proven experience in designing and delivering complex, custom Appian applications not just low-code workflows.
- Deep understanding of Appian architecture, custom SAIL development, expression rules, and Appian Records.
- Expertise in manual code development within Appian, with advanced knowledge of its internal functions and configuration capabilities. Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, REST/SOAP integrations, and working with relational databases.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Appian Certified Lead Developer or higher (Architect preferred).
- Experience with large-scale Appian implementations in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior experience leading development teams or serving.
