Job Summary
We are seeking a performance-driven App Growth Manager to lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for our mobile and web applications. The role requires a strong mix of data analytics, marketing expertise, and product understanding to scale our applications globally.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & User Acquisition
- Plan and execute scalable growth strategies for Vasundhara's mobile/web products.
- Drive installs and user acquisition through paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.).
- Explore new acquisition channels (affiliates, influencer marketing, partnerships).
- Optimize CAC while maximizing ROI.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Track and analyze key product metrics (DAU, MAU, retention, churn, conversion rates).
- Build dashboards and generate actionable insights using tools like Firebase, GA4, Mixpanel, etc.
- Run A/B testing and experiments to improve onboarding and conversion funnels.
Monetization & Revenue Growth
- Identify and implement monetization strategies (subscriptions, ads, in-app purchases).
- Optimize pricing strategies and conversion funnels.
- Improve LTV, ARPU, and revenue contribution from products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of experience in App Growth / Performance Marketing / Product Growth.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience in mobile app marketing and growth strategies.
- Understanding of user funnels, retention strategies, and monetization models.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in product-based IT companies or SaaS products.
