Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret complex benefit plans to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Develop and implement effective benefit plan design strategies.
Conduct actuarial analysis and provide recommendations on funding and investment management.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of benefits programs.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Utilize analytical tools and software to support benefits administration and reporting.
