Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager in Performance & Total Rewards to join our client's Total Rewards team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits management, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to design, implement, and manage competitive and innovative compensation and benefits programs. This role involves working closely with employees, HR partners, and senior management to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Compensation Management:
• Analyze market trends and conduct compensation benchmarking to ensure the organization's salary structure remains competitive.
• Administer and manage the annual salary review process, quarterly and monthly compensation related interventions, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization.
• Develop and implement variable pay and incentive programs (including long-term incentive plans) to drive employee performance and engagement.
• Provide guidance to HR and hiring managers on job evaluations and salary negotiations.
2. Benefits Administration:
• Oversee the design, communication, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with legislative changes related to benefits, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Collaborate with benefits vendors and brokers to negotiate competitive rates and offerings.
• Address employee inquiries related to benefits and facilitate open enrollment processes.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize data analytics tools to analyze compensation and benefits data, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on compensation and benefits metrics, trends, and cost analysis.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required to support HR and business initiatives.
4. Compliance and Policy Development:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Develop, update, and communicate policies and procedures related to compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
• Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation related to compensation and benefits practices.
5.Employee Engagement:
• Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement through compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct employee workshops and training sessions to educate employees about their compensation and benefits packages.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus.
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in compensation and benefits management roles.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools.
• High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
