Role Description

We are seeking a full-time APAC Recruitment Manager for our on-site location in Coimbatore. The Recruitment Manager will oversee end-to-end recruitment activities for the APAC region, including developing recruitment strategies, sourcing talent, building a strong candidate pipeline, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role involves collaboration with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, guiding candidate assessments, and maintaining a data-driven approach to recruitment metrics. The Recruitment Manager will also identify new opportunities to optimize talent acquisition processes and strengthen employer branding in the region.

Qualifications
  • Recruitment Expertise: Experience with sourcing, recruiting, and hiring across multiple roles, industries, and geographies, specifically in the APAC region.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Planning: Proficiency in building and executing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs.
  • Data Analytics: Solid understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making to refine hiring processes and strategies.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, as well as a foundational understanding of digital platforms and social media channels.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability in team leadership, coaching, and building relationships in a professional environment.
  • Beneficial Experience: Prior experience in recruitment within the BFSI or technology sectors is advantageous. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the APAC region is a plus.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
