THE ROLE

You will work closely with our team to build and scale our Android applications. This role is about shipping real products fast, while building clean, scalable systems.

WHAT YOU LL DO

→ Build and ship Android applications with production-quality code

→ Implement MVVM architecture with clean state management

→ Design and maintain robust networking layers (Retrofit, error handling, abstractions)

→ Work on data persistence — Room, repository pattern, migrations

→ Ensure performance & reliability — cold start, frame drops, API latency, battery usage

→ Handle edge cases, offline states, and error flows with high attention to detail

→ Write clean documentation, PRs, and maintain code quality standards

→ Collaborate closely in-office for fast iteration and tight feedback loops

REQUIREMENTS

→ 1–2 years of experience developing, releasing, and maintaining Android applications (share your Google Play links)

→ Strong understanding of Kotlin and the Android SDK fundamentals

→ Experience with MVVM architecture, clean state management, and scalable system design

→ Solid hands-on experience with Retrofit (interceptors, error handling) and Room (DAOs, migrations)

→ Understanding of app lifecycle, navigation, threading, and coroutines

→ Experience with offline storage, performance tuning, and handling edge cases reliably

→ Familiarity with RESTful APIs, cloud messaging, and push notifications

→ Proficient with Git and standard version control workflows

→ Have published at least one original Android app

→ Strong communication, clean documentation, and a product-minded approach to engineering
