Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Architect to lead the design and development of advanced financial planning models. This role will be central to enabling real‑time forecasting, scenario planning, and financial transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build complex Anaplan models for FP&A and R&D financial planning.
- Develop scalable solutions for clinical trial forecasting, budgeting, and accrual management.
- Implement multi‑dimensional models, modules, lists, and dashboards.
- Define modeling standards and best practices ensuring scalability and performance.
- Partner with finance and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support integrations with enterprise financial systems.
- Mentor junior Anaplan engineers and model builders.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of Anaplan model building experience.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Anaplan Polaris, PlanIQ, CoPlanner.
- Domain experience in biopharma, life sciences, or R&D financial planning.
- Knowledge of clinical trial finance and R&D budgeting.
