We are seeking an experienced Data Analysis Specialist with a strong background in digital media and a proven track record in business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting. You will leverage advanced analytics tools and methodologies to extract actionable insights, support data-driven decision-making, and drive business growth.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets from diverse sources to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for media and business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Data Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all analytics outputs.
- Business Intelligence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, track performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations and forecasts.
- Media Analytics Expertise: Apply analytics to media metrics (e.g., audience engagement, campaign performance, content effectiveness).
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators specific to the media industry.
- Partner in creating performance reports for campaigns, brands, channels, etc.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders, marketing, and product teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management and external clients.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance analytics efficiency and impact.

- 7 9 years of relevant experience in data analysis & business intelligence in digital media industry
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Advanced knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices
- Strong statistical and analytical skills with experience in predictive modeling and data mining.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Knowledge of media analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and digital marketing metrics.
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
