Data Proficiency
- Strong understanding of GA4 analytics data (insights and interpretation).
- Experience with BigQuery as a central data warehouse.
- Ability to move data from GA4 to BigQuery.
- Proficient in SQL and writing complex queries for analysis and transformations
- Lead analytic projects, managing all key internal and external stakeholders
- Recommends the right analytical solutions to solve client business problems
- Develop customized analytical solutions by integrating GA4 data into BigQuery to support data-driven decision-making processes and optimize marketing strategies
- Implement and maintain ETL processes to seamlessly transfer GA4 data to BigQuery, ensuring data quality for precise and comprehensive reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage advanced data analyses and machine learning in BigQuery based on GA4 data, contributing to the enhancement of customer experience and engagement
Data Infrastructure Ownership
- Dedicated ownership of Google Cloud setup, especially BigQuery.
- Integrate multiple data sources analytics, CRM, email marketing, Google Ads into BigQuery
Customer Data Platform (CDP)
- Enhance a manually built MVP CDP with automated data ingestion and activation.
- Familiarity with Vertex AI, Python, and ML-based audience creation in BigQuery is a plus
Activation & Personalization
- Use BigQuery data to push audiences and insights to Google Ads or any other activation tool.
- Analyze and optimize workflows to improve performance and results.

- 7- 9 years experience within an analytics function in the marketing industry
- Strong experience in SQL, BigQuery, GA4 and ETL
- Understanding of Customer Data Platform
- GCP experience will be an added advantage
- Must feel comfortable learning new systems and tools
