Analytics Manager

Responsibilities:

• Experience in data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Understanding of machine learning and operations research.
• Knowledge of R, SQL, and Python; familiarity with Java, VBScript, and object-oriented programming.
• Expert skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g., SAS, Data Lake, Hadoop).
• Analytical mind and business acumen with knowledge or experience in general insurance, especially Fire Commercial Lines of Business and health products (advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of insurance operations and procedures across Financial, Underwriting, Claims, Statistical, Information Technology, Legal, and Sales departments.
• Ability to establish and build effective relationships within and outside the organization.
