We are looking for a driven and commercially savvy Analytics Business Manager to accelerate revenue growth across India. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle from strategy and prospecting to closing and long-term account development while building strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders in the market.


What You'll Do

Drive Revenue & Pipeline

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • Lead face-to-face sales engagements and field activities to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
  • Actively prospect through networking, cold calling, lead generation, and market outreach.


Customer & Account Management

  • Develop and grow relationships with existing and new customers, positioning BriefCam's value proposition effectively.
  • Manage high-touch, strategic key accounts to drive long-term revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify business opportunities and engage key decision-makers to secure sales commitments.


Partner & Channel Development

  • Manage and grow existing indirect partners and channel relationships.
  • Identify, onboard, and develop new partners to expand market coverage.
  • Work closely with partners and end-users to influence purchasing decisions and solution adoption.


Market & Strategic Engagement

  • Monitor market needs, customer challenges, and industry trends to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to support complex sales pursuits.
  • Clearly articulate and differentiate BriefCam's solutions versus competitors.


Operational Excellence

  • Follow defined sales processes and align with the company's roadmap.
  • Complete CRM updates, forecasts, and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct at all times.




What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B solution sales, preferably in analytics, software, video technology, or enterprise technology.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based role.
  • Experience managing channel partners and indirect sales models.
  • Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
