About The Role

This is a seven to eight month maternity cover role provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, events, PR, member engagement, and competitor research, while offering global exposure through cross-border collaboration. This role is a strong stepping stone for any marketer early in their career.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the social media planner, scheduling, and execution across platforms.
  • Monitor, track, and report on social media performance, providing ideas for optimization.
  • Support in event development: coordination, logistics, printing, set-up, onsite engagement, and post-event follow-up (both in-person and webinars).
  • Coordinate with the PR agency to ensure deliverables and campaigns are executed as per requirements.
  • Reach out to members for testimonials and contribute to the execution of local podcasts.
  • Assist in reviewing lead nurture campaigns, track performance, and report insights to enhance effectiveness.
  • Help maintain and update sales enablement tools for the local market.
  • Draft and edit blog articles relevant to local themes and initiatives.
  • Manage all social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and timely content delivery.
  • Provide marketing support to chapters and Approved Training Partners.
  • Assist with renewal messaging campaigns to support member retention and reduce attrition.
  • Conduct competitor research, gather insights on trends, campaigns, and positioning,
  • Contribute to ad-hoc marketing activities and special projects as required.

Skills Required

  • Recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) or CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Interest in events, content creation, and market research.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced team environment.
