At Valorant Consulting Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for professionals to join our Sourcing & Procurement Consulting team and support global client engagements.
In this role, you will work closely with consulting teams to support procurement operations, sourcing initiatives, and contract management across international clients.
What you'll work on:
- Analyzing client contracts to identify risks and ensure completeness
- Reviewing and analyzing spend data, pricing insights, and preparing reports
- Supporting RFx development and execution for sourcing initiatives
- Conducting market research and supplier benchmarking
- Collaborating with client teams to capture business requirements
- Supporting contract redlining, routing, and execution processes
- Tracking project progress, risks, and dependencies
- Assisting consulting teams on strategic initiatives such as strategic sourcing, demand management, and M&A integration
What we're looking for:
- 13 years of prior experience in a consulting, outsourcing, or client-facing delivery environment is preferred.
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in Business, Technology, or related fields. Candidates from strong academic backgrounds will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Comfortable working with global teams and time zones
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
