Role Title: GAC Analyst (EU & UKI Region)
Reports to: GAC Manager EU/India
Location: India (Hybrid)
Client Focus: EU and UKI SME clients
Incentive Plan: STIP eligible
As part of the Global Action Center (GAC), the GAC Analyst supports standardized operational and sourcing activities for
small and medium-sized clients across the
EU and UKI regions. This role ensures
proactive and accurate execution, workflow discipline, and consistent service delivery, aligned with the GAC operating model.
The Analyst
collaborates closely with both EU-based and India-based GAC teams to enable efficient service delivery and free Front Office teams to focus on higher-value activities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Client Operations & Delivery Support
- Execute standardized operational workflows for assigned EU and UKI SME clients (per GAC Model).
- Manage routine service requests, execution and follow-ups through digital and hybrid channels.
- Maintain and update client documentation, trackers, and internal systems.
- Support client onboarding steps: data gathering, supplier forms, system setup.
- Ensure consistent delivery aligned with GAC SLAs (accuracy, timeliness).
- Other Responsibilities as per GAC Model structure.
- Sourcing & Procurement Support
- Assist in preparing RFIs/RFQs using standardized GAC templates.
- Coordinate with suppliers for data requests, clarifications, and quotations.
- Perform bid collection and comparisons according to pre-defined methods.
- Ensure adherence to GAC sourcing playbooks and compliance checkpoints.
- Proactively maintain quality of sourcing lifecycle.
- Quality, Process Discipline & Data Accuracy
- Proactively follow all established SOPs and GAC workflows.
- Maintain high data accuracy across systems and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement through identifying inefficiencies or gaps.
- Ensure proper documentation management and compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with GAC India for task allocation and escalations.
- Work with CoE teams to retrieve required technical inputs.
- Escalate deviations and non-standard client requests to the GAC Client Manager.
- Contribute to a cohesive, standardized GAC delivery ecosystem.
- Boundaries / What This Role Is Not
- Not a commercial role
- No sales, no negotiation, no pipeline ownership.
- Not responsible for bespoke or high-complexity delivery
- Not a consulting/advisory role
- Focus is on standardized execution.
- Not SIP eligible
- STIP-only, operational role.
Experience & Skills
- 13 years of experience in operations, service delivery, procurement support, or coordination roles.
- Strong working proficiency in English; Other EU-languages is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
- Comfortable working in digital tools, trackers, and workflow systems.
- Strong written communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment
