Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review and process approved supplier add requests in compliance with Oracle's global procurement and finance policies.
  • Action supplier profile change notifications and maintain accurate supplier master data.
  • Analyze and resolve invoice issues related to invalid bank details and installment holds.
  • Provide assistance to requesters in Oracle Procurement Cloud and guide suppliers on resolving Supplier Portal issues.
  • Collaborate with the strategic sourcing team, requesters, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end procurement solutions.
  • Identify, propose, and help implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Deliver first-level functional support for procurement system and process-related issues.
  • Support training activities for new analysts and end users.
  • Act as a buddy/mentor for new hires and assist in their onboarding process.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Spanish (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email tools.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow documented procedures and work instructions accurately.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Logical thinker with the ability to adhere to global policies and compliance standards.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Prior experience in Procurement Operations or Supplier Master Data Management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Procurement Cloud or other ERP systems.
  • Exposure to global supplier onboarding and maintenance processes.
  • Experience supporting multi-regional teams.

Qualification:

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Additional language certifications (Spanish) will be an added advantage.
