Sr IT Analyst, HRIS

Key Deliverables:

• Maintain and optimize HRIS applications, ensuring updates, patches, and system enhancements.
• Integrate HRIS with payroll, time, and talent systems, ensuring data consistency and troubleshooting issues.
• Lead and support HRIS-related projects, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure data privacy compliance, maintain CMDB accuracy, and manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to HR and IT teams for HRIS applications.
• Collaborate with HR and IT for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance related to HRIS.
• Monitor system compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
