Job Description

We are looking for a high‑energy, proactive graduate to join our Total Rewards team on a 6‑month contract in Gurgaon, India, to support the expansion of participation in Korn Ferry's Annual Rewards Surveys across the India market. This role plays a critical part in strengthening the depth, credibility, and market relevance of our compensation and rewards databases.

You will work directly with client organizations, engaging HR and Total Rewards stakeholders, clearly articulating the value of survey participation, and driving momentum through structured outreach and follow‑ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Relationship Support
  • Proactively reach out to an assigned set of client organizations via email, phone, and LinkedIn to invite participation in Korn Ferry's Annual Rewards Survey
  • Engage with HR and Total Rewards teams to support collection of compensation, benefits, and organizational structure data
  • Execute outreach campaigns to ensure participation from priority segments and large employers
  • Track participation status, follow up consistently, and close data gaps within agreed timelines
  • Position access to Korn Ferry's compensation and benefits database as a value exchange for timely and complete data submission
  • Understand client context and guide them on relevant sectors, benchmarks, job families, and roles available within the database
  • Data Activation and Database Scaling
  • Support initiatives aimed at increasing data density in targeted industries and market segments
  • Assist in mapping client organizations into appropriate peer groups to ensure credibility and executive‑level representation
  • Contribute to improving peer group quality, executive coverage, and confidence in client renewals
  • Promote sector‑specific offerings by highlighting relevant jobs, roles, and job architectures aligned to client industries
  • Collaboration and Cross‑Functional Support
  • Work closely with Commercial, Delivery, and Total Rewards Consulting teams to align on priority accounts
  • Coordinate with Marketing and BDR teams to support participation and data collection campaigns
  • Participate in process improvement discussions to enhance efficiency and client experience
  • Collaborate with product and consulting teams to ensure clients receive the right sector views, job taxonomies, and benchmark outputs

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate with strong communication skills and a proactive, self‑driven mindset
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with HR and senior stakeholders and following up persistently
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review, validate, and interpret datasets
  • Interest in HR data, compensation, rewards, and workforce trends
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data templates and spreadsheets
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured manner

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

  • Internship or project experience in HR, People Analytics, Rewards, or related areas
  • Exposure to compensation surveys, HRIS, or market data
  • Familiarity with data cleaning and basic data visualization tools

  • Duration: 6 months fixed‑term contract
