Roles and Responsibilities:
- IT Hardware Asset Discrepancy Resolution: Responsible for the resolution of IT hardware asset record discrepancies and, where appropriate, approving the bulk loading and updating of IT hardware asset-related data into the IT asset repository.
- Policy Adherence & Data Quality: Ensure adherence to IT asset management policies, processes, and procedures for each specific customer. Responsible for the quality of IT hardware data, including all updates resulting from IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) activity and bulk load requirements.
- Tool & Process Verification: Verify all necessary tools are in place and functioning properly. Ensure all necessary processes are documented.
- SLA & Metrics Management: Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and metrics remain positive.
- Delivery Gap Identification & Resolution: Identify gaps between delivery team capability, delivery model, and contractual requirements. Escalate, follow up, and resolve any issues related to delivery gaps.
- Team Monitoring & Direction: Monitor activities and provide direction to the leveraged support team.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow in an IT Asset Management role. Stay abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
