We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Amazon Ads Executive to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will be a marketplace expert, responsible for scaling our presence across India's leading e-commerce platforms. Proficient in Amazon - SP, SB, SD, Display, Selfserve and AMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Ad Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across Amazon (AMS), Flipkart (PLA/PCA), and Myntra (Brand Solutions).
- Strategy & Planning: Develop monthly and quarterly media plans tailored to specific category goals and seasonal sale events (e.g., Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival).
- Keyword & Trend Research: Conduct deep-dive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimization: Constantly monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids, placements, and budgets to hit aggressive ACOS/TACOS targets.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive weekly and monthly performance dashboards, providing actionable insights into spend, revenue, and market share.
- Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure stock availability aligns with high-spend ad periods.
You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns to drive high-intent traffic and maximize ROAS.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce Performance Marketing
- Platform Expertise: Proven track record with Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Seller/Advertising Hub, and Myntra Marketing tools
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Helium 10 or Jungle Scout for product research, keyword tracking, and reverse ASIN lookups
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and an ability to translate complex data into growth strategies
- Certification: Relevant certifications in Amazon Advertising or Google Ads are a significant advantage
- Adaptability: Ability to stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and new ad format releases
Preferred PLUS Skills
While e-commerce marketplaces are your primary domain, we value a holistic marketer. Preference will be given to candidates who also possess:
- Experience in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) for D2C growth
- Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and PMax)
- Experience with multi-channel attribution and funnel tracking
