Role Overview:
The role demands strong talent acquisition & talent management skills, expertise in hiring the right talent and building high-performance, along with the ability to implement best-in-class HR practices to foster a performance-driven and employee-centric culture. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving Talent Acquisition & Hiring for the company, policies & strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and long-term vision.
Job Responsibilities:
- To handle end to end recruitment cycle for the assigned openings from sourcing to closing.
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including job portals, and social media platforms.
- Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
- Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
- Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
- Coordinate with HOD's to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company
- To support HR Manager in other HR gamut i.e. Employee Engagement, PMS, OD etc.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of strong, progressive experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Minimum 1 year of strong recruitment experience in headhunting roles.
- Must have strong sourcing skills and experience of various job portals and techniques
- Industry preference: D2C / FMCG / Retail / Consumer
- High on accountability and adaptability to the promoter driven work culture.
