Job Description
As the Recruitment SPOC, you will play a vital role in driving our recruitment strategy and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating with delivery teams and offering roll-out. Your expertise will contribute to building a talented and diverse workforce for our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead recruitment activities for the Pune location.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to understand their requirements and align recruitment efforts.
- Coordinate and facilitate the offer roll-out process, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, providing support and guidance.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and records.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract potential candidates.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Provide regular reports and analytics on recruitment metrics and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment strategies.
