  • Manage and own the assigned customers for collections, Agreements, Sales Deeds and own the customers until handover.
  • Service and monitor each customer to achieve the desirable collections month on month, quarter on quarter.
  • Processing the booking form within 24 hours of receipt with proper audit and check to ensure customer is satisfied and happy to be part of Shriram Family.
  • Liaise with sales and take help from supervisor to ensure 100% bookings received are logged in with no cancellations.
  • Customer first approach with complete ownership of solving all problems and ensuring collections are done on time.
  • Agreement execution and Sale deed execution as per the defined timeline.
  • Ensure min deviation in schedule and seek proper help and support from the system to reduce it.
  • Interest checks and minimising loss for the organisation. Demands to be met as per stipulated milestones and timelines.
  • Retention should be highest focus, cancellation should be maintained at below 10% at all times.
  • Referral focus to generate new leads and support organisation to achieve additional business at all times. Min 10% of the assigned customer's leads should be generated in a month organically.
  • Responsiveness is the key in customer relationship management; maintain min 24 hours to revert to all queries for all internal and external customers.
  • Adherence to SFDC and Complete system Orientation to ensure organization's compliance and efficiencies are met.
  • Customer satisfaction should be the top most priority, ensure to build more well-wishers and brand ambassadors. Encourage testimonials wherever possible.
