JD: Associate Manager – Corporate Real Estate

Location: Gurgaon

About the Company

Urban Company is a technology platform offering customers a variety of services at home. Customers use our platform to book services such as beauty treatments, haircuts, massage therapy, cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, etc., all delivered in the comfort of their home and at a time of their choosing. We promise our customers a high-quality, standardized, and reliable service experience.

Urban Company started as UrbanClap in November 2014, when its founders realized that the home services industry was predominantly unorganized, fragmented, and offline. The founders launched Urban Company with three key principles inmind:

  1. Customer Love: Build a platform that offers truly delightful and differentiated services
  2. Partner Empowerment: Build a deep, full-stack partnership with service partners, helping improve their earnings and overall livelihood.
  3. Technology First: Bring innovation and technology to an age-old industry.

Urban Company is seeking an Associate Manager – Corporate Real Estate to support and drive office real estate and facilities operations across locations. This role will work closely with senior leadership to execute office leasing, construction and fit-out projects, and ensure smooth day-to-day facilities management with a strong focus on timelines, cost control, and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end leasing of office spaces, including coordination, documentation, and closures
  • Execute office construction, fit-out, refurbishment, and repair projects in line with approved plans
  • Manage day-to-day facilities operations, vendors, and service partners across locations
  • Prepare and manage BOQs, budgets, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Track project timelines, costs, and vendor performance; flag risks proactively
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless workplace operations

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4–7 years of experience in real estate, facilities, or workplace operations
  • Hands-on experience with BOQs, budgeting, vendor management, and payments
  • Strong execution skills with an ownership-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with leadership direction
  • Experience in fast-paced or growing organisations is a plus

At Urban Company we are committed to providing equal and fair opportunities in employment and creating an inclusive work environment. We endeavor to maintain a work environment free from harassment based on age, colour, physical ability, marital status, parental status, ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
