Role Description

The Associate Key Account Manager (AKAM) will oversee and nurture partner relationships to ensure their success within the SwitchEats ecosystem. Responsibilities include managing partner accounts, addressing day-to-day operational needs, initiating and driving partner growth initiatives, and ensuring a smooth execution of services. The AKAM will monitor performance metrics, provide analytical insights, and work collaboratively with other teams to improve partner outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Khammam.

Qualifications

  • Account management and relationship-building skills, with an ability to foster long-term business partnerships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Performance analysis and reporting skills for tracking and improving partner successes
  • Knowledge of the food delivery industry or startup ecosystem is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business software
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a client-facing or account management role Ki
