Role Description

We are looking for talented and driven Interior Designers who can own the full client journey from first meeting to design handover. You will take qualified leads, run design discussions, create production drawings and move projects smoothly to our execution team. This is a sales + design hybrid role — we want someone who can consult, sell, and design with equal confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own assigned leads end-to-end: first meeting → design discussion → booking → production handover

• Conduct in-home or virtual client meetings to understand brief, budget, and timeline

• Prepare mood boards, concept presentations, and design proposals to convert meetings to bookings

• Create detailed production drawings and BOQ within agreed timelines post-booking

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate and updated CRM pipeline (lead status, meeting notes, follow-ups)

• Coordinate handover to execution team with complete design documentation

• Participate in weekly team reviews and monthly conversion training sessions

• Build referral pipeline through excellent client experience

Required Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture.

• 2–4 years of experience in residential interior design (experience in a sales + design role preferred)

• Strong ability to read and create production-level drawings (AutoCAD / SketchUp / equivalent)

• Confident client-facing communication skills — able to present and negotiate

• Proficiency in mood board and presentation tools

• Target-oriented mindset — comfortable with sales accountability and booking targets

• Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately

Nice to Have

• Experience with modular kitchen, wardrobe, or full home interior projects

• Existing client network or referral base in Hyderabad

• Knowledge of material vendors and pricing in the Hyderabad market

• Exposure to CRM tools
