Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior AI Video Engineer to join our team in Chennai on a Full-Time, Contract-To-Hire basis. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant work experience, leveraging AI technologies to create, edit, and enhance customer engagement videos. This role supports Twixor's cutting-edge digital automation strategies across industries by combining technical skills in video production with creative storytelling.
Qualifications And Skills
- End-to-End Video Production (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in managing the complete video creation pipeline from conceptualization to delivery using AI tools.
- Photo & Video Editing: Polish AI-generated (Mandatory skill): Strong ability in editing and perfecting AI-generated video and photo content to ensure top-tier output.
- Prompt Engineering (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in crafting precise prompts for AI-driven video generation, optimizing results for quality and creativity.
- Video Processing: Experience in applying AI and traditional techniques for video enhancement, format conversion, and optimization for multiple platforms.
- Post-Production Excellence: Skill in applying advanced post-production techniques including transitions, effects, and audio mixing for seamless video storytelling.
- Cinematic Storytelling: Capable of transforming business objectives and brand narratives into compelling visual stories that engage audiences effectively.
- Model Tuning & Exploration: Hands-on familiarity with tuning generative models and experimenting with the latest AI video technologies to improve workflow and quality.
- Color Correction & Grading: Ability to implement sophisticated color schemes and grading techniques to align with branding and enhance video impact.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to conceptualize, develop, and deliver engaging videos powered by AI for customer engagement initiatives.
- Leverage AI and NLP tools to produce, edit, and refine video content across various business verticals and messaging platforms.
- Undertake end-to-end video production tasks, from gathering requirements to post-production and final deployment.
- Use prompt engineering proficiency to instruct AI models for targeted video content generation in line with project objectives.
- Perform advanced editing, color correction, grading, and audio enhancements to produce high-quality, polished video outputs.
- Continuously explore, experiment with, and adopt new AI video tools and production technologies to streamline workflows and improve results.
- Maintain organized records of project files, assets, and documentation for efficient collaboration and scaling of future projects.
- Ensure all video content aligns with Twixors branding, compliance, and quality standards, delivering a consistent customer experience across channels.
