About the Role
We're looking for a full-time AI Video Creator to join our marketing team in Hyderabad. You'll own the end-to-end video production process - from understanding the brief, to producing and editing the final video using AI tools - and deliver ready-to-launch content for our Meta ads and organic social channels.
This is a role for someone who is obsessed with AI video tools, has a natural eye for what makes a video hook work, is a strong video editor, and can work independently with minimal hand-holding.
Note: This is a full-time permanent role. We are only considering candidates who have completed their degree.
What You'll Do
- Receive video briefs from the marketing team and own the full production pipeline end-to-end
- Produce AI-generated videos using tools like HeyGen, Runway, Kling, Pika, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Synthesia, or any equivalent
- Edit all videos to a high standard - cuts, transitions, captions, sound design, pacing - fully polished and ready to publish
- Experiment with multiple AI tools continuously - test, compare, and recommend the best tool for each use case
- Produce primarily for Meta ad creatives (UGC-style videos, testimonial formats, hook-driven ads)
- Support organic social content for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Create multiple variants per brief - different hooks, formats, CTAs - for A/B testing
- Stay on top of trending video formats and proactively bring fresh ideas to the team
- Document learnings - which tools work, which formats perform, what hooks drive engagement
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- Fresh graduate - 2023, 2024, or 2025 batch (any stream)
- Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 AI video or content creation tools
- Strong video editing skills - non-negotiable. Desktop (Premiere, DaVinci, CapCut Pro) or mobile-native, but must be genuinely good at it
- Strong visual sense - you instinctively know what looks good and what doesn't
- Ability to take a brief and execute independently without constant follow-up
- Understanding of short-form video formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content)
Good to Have (Big Plus):
- Can write strong video scripts - knows how to craft a hook, build tension, and land a CTA
- Understands the full end-to-end pipeline: Brief Script AI Production Edit Final output
- Has an eye for trends - proactively spots what formats are blowing up and brings ideas to the team
- Some understanding of performance marketing or Meta ad creatives
- Knows what makes the first 3 seconds of a video work
What Success Looks Like
- Producing 5-10 fully edited video variants per week independently
- At least 5 videos live and running in Meta ad campaigns
- Tested 8+ AI tools and built an internal tool recommendation guide for the team
- Proactively bringing 2-3 new video format ideas to the team every week without being asked
