Senior Video Editor

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Video Editor for a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad. The Senior Video Editor will handle video production, editing, and post-production processes to create high-quality visual content. Additional responsibilities include color grading, motion graphics design, and collaborating with the creative team to produce compelling and engaging videos aligned with our vision and objectives.

What You'll Do

Create high-performing video content across ads, social, and product marketing.

Edit videos that are built for attention, retention, and conversion — not just aesthetics.

Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping creatives for Meta, YouTube, and landing pages.

Use AI tools to speed up editing, generate variations, and improve output quality.

Experiment with hooks, pacing, and formats to improve performance metrics.

Work closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into content that drives results.

Deliver fast, iterate faster, and improve with every version.

Who You Are

You have 2-5 years of experience editing content for social media, ads, or digital platforms.

You are highly skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.

You actively use AI tools to accelerate your workflow and output.

You understand what makes content work - hooks, pacing, storytelling, and timing.

You can deliver high-quality output at speed without compromising performance.

You are fast, detail-oriented, and care about outcomes, not just output.

You take ownership and don't wait for perfect briefs.
