Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Value Realization
- Define and implement ROI metrics to measure the success and impact of AI initiatives.
- Align AI programs with business objectives and customer experience goals.
- Ensure accountability and value delivery from AI investments.
AI Consulting & Advisory
- Act as an internal AI consultant to stakeholders including process owners and product teams.
- Guide AI use case identification, technology selection, development approaches, and best practices.
- Support requirements gathering and solution design for AI implementations.
Product Ownership
- Serve as Product Owner for AI solutions, managing the full lifecycle from ideation to deployment and optimization.
- Oversee requirements definition, development coordination, testing, launch, and adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI products and solutions.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with IT, Technology & Innovation teams, subcontractors, and other partners.
- Ensure seamless execution of AI initiatives across multiple domains and teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and dependencies effectively.
Innovation & Technology Leadership
- Collaborate with enterprise technology leaders to define and execute AI vision and roadmap.
- Lead AI innovation initiatives within the organization.
- Evaluate and leverage low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate AI solution delivery.
Continuous Improvement & Delivery
- Promote Agile methodologies and best practices in AI solution development.
- Drive continuous optimization and enhancement of AI systems.
