AI Transformation Leader

• Define, implement, and track ROI metrics for all AI use cases to measure business value and accountability

• Act as an internal AI adoption consultant for process owners, product owners, and stakeholders

• Guide AI use case identification, technology selection, solution design, and implementation best practices

• Serve as Product Owner for AI initiatives including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement

• Coordinate across IT, Technology & Innovation teams, subcontractors, and external partners for seamless delivery

• Lead AI innovation strategy in collaboration with enterprise technology stakeholders

• Evaluate and support low-code AI agent development to accelerate solution delivery

• Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with business goals and measurable outcomes
