ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to design, train, deploy, and maintain production-ready machine learning models. You will work on NLP, data pipelines, and model optimization, ensuring that our AI services are scalable and integrated seamlessly into our core products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune AI/ML models (NLP, text, image, or video-based models).
- ML Pipelines: Build and maintain end-to-end pipelines including data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, training, and evaluation.
- Production & Deployment: Deploy models to production and manage model serving, monitoring, and versioning.
- Optimization: Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability for real-world use cases.
- Collaboration: Work with backend and platform teams to integrate AI services into products.
- MLOps: Maintain rigorous documentation and follow best practices for the model lifecycle and retraining.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Core AI/ML: Strong experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures.
- Frameworks: Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Py Torch or Tensor Flow.
- Natural Language Processing: Proven experience with NLP models and frameworks.
- Deployment: Hands-on experience with Docker, APIs, and cloud/on-prem serving setups.
- Data Engineering: Expertise in data collection, cleaning, and dataset preparation.
- Production Grade: Experience building and maintaining production-grade AI systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)
- Experience with large-scale data pipelines and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of ML Ops tools and CI/CD for Machine Learning.
- Experience with scalable architectures and microservices.
