ROLE SUMMARY:

The AI Lead at PetYosa will drive the development of cutting-edge AI models to enhance pet care solutions. Collaborating closely with the Product Management team, this role involves leading a dynamic AI team and ensuring ethical AI practices are in place.

DESCRIPTION:

As the AI Lead at PetYosa, you will pioneer the creation of pioneering AI technologies that revolutionize pet care. Your leadership will guide a team of talented AI engineers and data scientists in developing innovative solutions for our growing customer base. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of AI-driven insights across PetYosa. Your role will be crucial in understanding data intricacies and implementing ethical models, thus driving PetYosa's mission of enhancing pet life and lifestyle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement state-of-the-art AI models for pet care solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists.
• Collaborate with the Product Management team to align AI initiatives with customer needs.
• Ensure the ethical collection and use of data.
• Drive the creation of an AI engine and platform for PetYosa AI.
• Focus on strategic initiatives like lead and lag indicators for pet lifestyle and lifespan.
• Foster a performance-driven culture within the AI team.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proficiency in AI tools and frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
• Extensive experience in leading AI-focused projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Adaptability to navigate changing project scopes and challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex AI-related challenges in pet care.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience in the pet care industry.
• Background in developing ethical AI frameworks.
• Prior experience working in a start-up environment.

EDUCATION: M.Tech in AI/ML

TOOLS / TECH STACK: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras

COMPENSATION: INR 35,00,000 - 40,00,000

Variable: Upto 30 % basis Performance
