Required Skills

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical depth, experience in scalable AI systems, and exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare or medical devices.

This is a strategic, hands-on role requiring both architecture leadership and execution oversight.

10+ years of experience in technology roles and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture or advanced data engineering

Strong hands-on experience with:

Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch

Azure / AWS / GCP AI platforms

MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar MLOps tools

Experience designing scalable distributed systems

Exposure to regulated environments preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices

Knowledge of computer vision or AI for medical imaging

Experience with generative AI and LLM integrations

Edge AI or IoT integration experience

Key Responsibilities

• AI Architecture & Strategy
• Define and implement enterprise AI architecture roadmap
• Design scalable ML/AI solutions across cloud and edge environments
• Establish AI engineering standards and best practices
• Lead MLOps strategy and model lifecycle governance
• Solution Design & Implementation

Architect solutions involving:

• Predictive analytics
• Computer vision
• NLP & Generative AI
• Intelligent automation
• Integrate AI services into enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, R&D systems)
• Develop API-first AI microservices
• Data & Platform Engineering
• Define data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies
• Design data lakes/lakehouses
• Ensure high-quality, secure, and compliant data pipelines
• Compliance & Responsible AI
• Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory standards (FDA, MDR, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Implement explainable AI and bias monitoring frameworks
• Conduct risk assessments and model validation
• Leadership & Collaboration
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Regulatory teams
• Guide AI engineers and data scientists
