Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI Lead Architect with 10+ years of expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions across IT and Business Operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge in CPG, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and BFSI, and strong leadership in building scalable, secure AI ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Generative AI and Agentic AI systems for enterprise functions IT Ops, Business Ops, Customer Experience, and Automation.
- Define the AI strategy, reference architectures, best practices, governance, and evaluation frameworks.
- Build and deploy scalable LLM pipelines, RAG systems, multi-agent workflows, and AI orchestration layers.
- Architect solutions using Azure/OpenAI/AWS/GCP, integrating models with enterprise applications and data platforms.
- Drive end-to-end solutioning: data ingestion, vector indexing, prompt engineering, grounding, observability, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with business/domain teams in CPG, Hospitality, Manufacturing, BFSI to translate use cases into fully functional AI products.
- Lead POCs, pilots, and production rollouts with a strong focus on security, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Mentor engineering teams and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Required Skills
- 10+ years in software/AI architecture; 4+ years in GenAI/LLMs.
- Strong expertise in RAG, multi-agent frameworks, LangChain, AutoGen, and prompt engineering.
- Experience building Agentic AI systems for workflows like IT automation, lead generation, operations intelligence, knowledge management, and internal copilots.
- Hands-on with Python, vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma), and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure, Anthropic).
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP), microservices, Kubernetes, serverless, API gateways.
- Proven track record in enterprise solutions for CPG, Hospitality, Manufacturing, or BFSI.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and solution design skills.
- Good to Have Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, model governance, and observability platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise tools like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or domain-specific systems.
