We are looking for an
AI Lead to drive innovation, strategy, and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on expertise in AI/ML/GenAI with strong leadership skills to guide teams and deliver impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML/Generative AI solutions across diverse business domains.
- Provide technical leadership on LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning projects.
- Oversee end-to-end AI lifecycle from data collection, preprocessing, model design, fine-tuning, evaluation, to deployment and monitoring.
- Drive initiatives on LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and model evaluation frameworks.
- Guide the adoption of vector databases, APIs, MLOps practices, and scalable cloud-based architectures.
- Mentor and lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers, ensuring best practices in experimentation, reproducibility, and model governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions, aligning with organizational strategy.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, tools, and research, and integrate them into enterprise solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Data Science/AI, with 3+ years leading AI/ML teams or projects.
- Proven expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI (LLMs).
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
- Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus) and embedding-based search.
- Practical experience with MLOps, containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver AI solutions from prototype to production at scale.
