Lead and mentor a team of GenAI Developers specializing in development of newer capabilities for the TCS GenAI SDLC Assistant solution

Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality.

Participate in technical design reviews and architecture discussions.

Oversee the technical aspects of AI/GenAI development, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of use cases into the solution construct

Participate in hands-on development, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/GenAI technologies and share knowledge with the team.
