Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Executive- Designer who is equal parts traditional craft and future-forward. You are someone who has grown up with Adobe Suite but is already living in the world of AI- powered creation — using tools like Midjourney, Kling, Google Veo 3.0, Luma Labs and Higgsfield to build creatives and videos that feel impossibly good. This is not a role for someone who is curious about AI. This is for someone who is already building with it every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Design Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creative development for campaigns across digital, social, e-commerce,

for brands under the Honasa umbrella.

• Create high-quality static visuals, GIFs, and motion content that are on-brand, thumb-

stopping, and conversion-driven.

• Work closely with the Creative Director, copy team, and brand managers to translate

briefs into exceptional visual executions.

• Design for multiple formats — Instagram, YouTube, Amazon listings, Meta ads, website

banners, and more.

• Maintain and evolve brand design systems across the Honasa portfolio.

AI Workflow & Innovation

• Lead the integration of AI tools into the creative workflow — from ideation and

concepting to final output.

• Use AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Ideogram, Adobe Firefly, Seedream ) to

create photorealistic product shots, lifestyle imagery, and concept visuals.

• Produce AI-driven video content using tools like Kling AI, Veo 3, Higgsfield AI, and

Runway for reels, ads, and brand films.

• Use Nano banana and similar platforms for rapid prototyping, model fine-tuning, and

batch creative generation.

• Build AI-assisted production pipelines that reduce turnaround time without compromising

on quality.

• Train and mentor junior designers on AI tools, prompt engineering, and best practices for

AI-assisted design.

• Stay on top of the latest developments in generative AI and proactively introduce

relevant tools to the team.

Collaboration & Process

• Partner with the performance marketing team to create high-converting ad creatives

backed by AI-generated variants for A/B testing.

• Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders clearly and confidently.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with high attention to detail.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or a relevant experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in branding, key visual creation, and motion graphic design.
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and 3D design software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
