AI Engineer

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, applied AI, or intelligent systems development.

• Hands-on experience with LLM development, OpenAI API usage, custom GPT creation, and RAG implementations. MCP/A2A/ACP familiarity, Agent Evals

• Proficiency in Python with experience in libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar.

• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to improve AI model responses.

• Expertise in prompt and context engineering, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows.

• Strong knowledge of designing retrieval-augmented generation pipelines

• Experience with LLM APIs such as GPTs, vector databases, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• 2 - 4 years of developing and deploying machine learning models, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering

• 2-4 years of experience with AI tools and software development using programming languages such as Python

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows
