Job Description

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Generative AI and large language models.
Build scalable and production-ready AI systems using Python-based frameworks.
Implement modern AI techniques such as prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation.
Optimize model performance, latency, and operational costs.
Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI solutions across use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Generative AI Application Development

Develop chatbots, copilots, and RAG-based AI solutions.
Work with large language models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and LLaMA.

Model Engineering & Optimization

Implement prompt engineering strategies and embedding-based search.
Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Chroma.
Fine-tune models using LoRA and PEFT techniques.

Backend & System Integration

Develop backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
Integrate AI models with databases, APIs, and frontend systems.
Monitor and improve system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

Governance & Monitoring

Track model performance, response quality, latency, and usage costs.
Apply responsible AI principles and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based systems.
Experience working with modern ML frameworks and vector databases.
Ability to build production-grade AI solutions end to end.
