Job Description

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer with strong Python expertise and hands-on experience in Generative AI to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using large language models (LLMs). The role involves working with modern ML frameworks, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and scalable AI systems, while ensuring responsible and ethical AI usage.

Key Responsibilities:

Generative AI Development

Design and develop AI applications such as chatbots, copilots, and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) systems.
Implement prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search to optimize LLM performance.
Fine-tune models using LoRA / PEFT techniques to meet business requirements.

Large Language Models (LLMs) Expertise

Work with LLMs including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LLaMA, and other models.
Build and optimize RAG pipelines using tools like FAISS, Pinecone, or Chroma.

Backend & System Integration

Develop backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
Integrate AI models with databases, APIs, and frontend applications.

Monitoring & Optimization

Monitor model performance, latency, and operational cost.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain AI models in production environments.

Collaboration & Governance

Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI models in line with organizational policies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Hands-on experience in Generative AI and working with LLMs.
Knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
Experience with model fine-tuning using LoRA / PEFT.
Familiarity with Python web frameworks (FastAPI / Flask).
Understanding of integrating AI models with APIs and databases.
