Job Summary
We are seeking motivated fresher AI Developers passionate about artificial intelligence and machine learning. You will contribute to building and integrating intelligent software solutions, participate in real-world AI projects, and learn from experienced engineers. This role offers hands-on exposure to GenAI, large language models (LLMs), and modern AI development frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
AI/ML Development
- Assist in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models.
- Learn and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for enterprise applications.
- Work on prompt engineering and LLM workflow optimisation.
- Develop embeddings and integrate vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- Implement GenAI solutions using state-of-the-art language models.
- Participate in model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
System Integration and Deployment
- Integrate AI models with backend services and APIs.
- Deploy models using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
- Learn containerisation with Docker and assist with production deployments.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model hosting and scaling.
- Help optimise model performance for production environments.
Collaboration and Learning
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Work with UI/UX designers and full-stack developers to integrate AI features.
- Prepare documentation for model architecture, APIs, and workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Adopt AI development best practices and continuous learning.
Research and Innovation
- Stay current with AI frameworks, tools, and research developments.
- Experiment with new AI techniques under guidance and contribute to internal processes.
Required Qualifications
Education
- B.Tech, B.E, MCA, or M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with AI/ML coursework and demonstrable projects.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrable AI/ML projects (academic, personal, or internship).
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python (mandatory) and familiarity with Git and Linux basics.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Understanding of GenAI, LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Available to work 6 days a week on-site.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RAG pipelines and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Participation in Kaggle competitions or AI hackathons; open-source contributions are a plus.
- Familiarity with model deployment and APIs (FastAPI or Flask).
Technical Skills
Programming and Frameworks
- Must: Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas.
- Highly desired: scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers.
- Nice to have: LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenCV.
AI/ML Specific
- Must: Machine learning algorithms, deep learning, neural networks.
- Highly desired: GenAI, LLMs, embeddings, vector databases.
- Nice to have: RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, fine-tuning.
Deployment and Infrastructure
- Must: Git, Linux basics.
- Highly desired: FastAPI or Flask, REST APIs.
