Job Opportunity AI Developer (Biologics & Drug Discovery)

Location: Hyderabad, Onsite.

About the Role:

We are seeking an innovative AI Developer with a strong life sciences background to design and implement machine learning solutions that accelerate biologics research. You will work at the cutting edge of AI and drug discovery, building models for protein-ligand interactions, compound screening, and predictive therapeutic modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy AI/ML models for protein binding affinity prediction, compound screening, and structureactivity relationship (SAR) analysis.

Integrate diverse biological datasets (protein structures, assay results, omics data) into model pipelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams of bioinformaticians, chemists, and data scientists to refine algorithms and validate results.

Build knowledge graphs and embeddings to represent biological entities and their relationships.

Contribute to the design of AI-driven discovery platforms for biologics optimization.

Required Qualifications:

Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field.

Expertise with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cheminformatics tools (RDKit).

Experience with protein structure modeling, docking simulations, or molecular dynamics.

Strong Python skills and familiarity with scientific computing workflows.

Understanding of biologics (antibodies, peptides) and therapeutic applications.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with graph neural networks (GNNs) or transformer models for protein sequences (AlphaFold, ESM).

Knowledge of high-throughput screening (HTS) and assay data analytics.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and MLOps practices.
