Summary:
We are looking for an experienced developer to modernize an existing agent-based application. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core (8/9), Azure services, and AI-driven application design, with hands-on experience in Semantic Kernel. The role requires someone who can work independently, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions quickly under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Review assigned requirements and understand deliverables.
- Participate in kick-off discussions with the Development Lead to clarify scope, expectations, and dependencies.
- Begin development work based on requirements, leveraging skills in .NET, Azure services, and AI integration.
- Collaborate with team members during regular sync calls to share progress, discuss blockers, and align on priorities.
- Independently troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery.
- Work in a typical agile development environment, contributing to code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Update task status and prepare for the next sprint activity.
Requirements:
- Experience in Azure and AI development.
- Strong experience in .NET 8/9, C#, and Minimal API development.
- Hands-on experience with Azure App Service, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Managed Identities, and security best practices.
- Practical knowledge of Semantic Kernel, plus exposure to Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and concepts like vector search, RAG, and embeddings.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Application Insights, and Azure Monitor.
- Understanding of Agent Framework, SDK/Bot Framework, MCP design principles, and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication patterns.
- Experience with AI-driven applications, agent-based design, and strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills to work independently under strict timelines.
