AI Artist (Prompt Engineering & Generative Media)

About the Role:
Postboy Studios is looking for a highly creative and technically skilled AI Artist who can push the boundaries of visual storytelling using generative AI tools. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the artistic and technical sides of AI content creation—someone who can turn ideas into hyper-realistic visuals, avatars, and videos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-quality AI-generated visuals, including hyper-photorealistic images and videos
- Create and refine AI-generated avatars, characters, and environments
- Write, test, and optimize prompts across multiple AI tools (prompt engineering)
- Collaborate with the creative team on campaigns, ads, and branded content
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools, workflows, and trends
- Ensure consistency in visual quality, style, and brand alignment
Requirements:
- Strong experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, DALL·E, etc.
- Proven expertise in prompt engineering and AI workflows
- Good eye for design, composition, lighting, and realism
- Experience in generating video content using AI tools is a plus
- Ability to iterate quickly and deliver under tight timelines
- Basic understanding of post-production tools (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) is preferred
