AI Agent DevOps engineer - Hyderabad - US shift

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Agent DevOps Engineer based in Hyderabad. Key responsibilities include deploying, maintaining, and optimizing AI-powered applications and services, managing and improving CI/CD pipelines, monitoring system performance, automating operational processes, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of AI infrastructure. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system security while working aligned with the US shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and system monitoring
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python, Bash, or JavaScript
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML deployment, models, and frameworks
• Proven troubleshooting skills and expertise in system performance optimization
• Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices for DevOps environments
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite role during US shift hours
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience in AI or machine learning environments is highly desirable

We are hiring builders who have already created working AI agents / AI workers that perform real tasks autonomously.

#What You'll Build

You will design and deploy AI workers that replace or augment human roles:

- Marketing agents (outreach, campaigns, lead generation)

- Customer service agents (chat, voice, ticket resolution)

- Personal productivity agents (task execution, scheduling, research)

- Internal automation agents (ops, reporting, workflows)

This is execution-heavy, not research-heavy.

#Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)

- 3–6 years in software development (Python or Node.js)

- Proven experience building AI agents / multi-agent systems

- Hands-on with:

- LangChain / AutoGen / CrewAI (or equivalent frameworks)

- LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models)

- Active usage of AI-native dev tools:

- Claude

- OpenAI (GPT, Codex)

- Cursor / AI IDEs

- Strong understanding of:

- Tool usage (APIs, function calling, MCP, etc.)

- RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector DBs

- Agent orchestration and workflow design

#Critical Requirement

You must know how to build AI systems in a secure, controlled environment:

- Data isolation & privacy

- Auth & access control

- Sandboxed execution

- Guardrails & failure handling

#Proof of Work (Mandatory)

You will be required to show:

- Live demos of AI agents you've built

- GitHub repos or deployed systems

- Clear explanation of architecture + trade-offs

No demos = no interview.
