Identifying and onboarding new vendor partners that align with the organization's standards and requirements.
Building and nurturing relationships with existing vendor partners to ensure ongoing and long-term collaboration.
Negotiating terms, pricing and contracts with vendor partners to secure favorable arrangements for both parties.
Monitoring the quality of products and services provided by the vendor partners to ensure they meet or exceed expectations.
Serving as the main point of contact between the organization and vendor partners.
Analyze performance metrics such as sales data and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of vendor partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
Ensuring that vendor partners adhere to relevant regulations, food safety standards, contractual obligations and regularly conduct inspections.
Resolving any issues or disputes that may arise between the organization and catering partners in a timely and effective manner.
Developing and implementing strategies to expand the organization's vendor partner network and enhance overall experience.
Preparedness though incident management, back-up vendor identification and alignment.
Deep understanding and knowledge of menu management, cafeteria operations, allocation and deployment of the right vendors as per the requirement.
Create structured plans to close the operational, culinary, production plan & vendor partner manpower management gaps.
Preparation of P&L statements for Vendor Partners.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters in any discipline.
6-8 years of proven experience in F&B vendor management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
The ability to travel for work.
The ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent Business Acumen.
Strong negotiation, management and decision-making skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
